FEB The Leadership Diamond Online Workshop

What is the Leadership Diamond?

Do you often feel frustrated or stuck, whether it’s at work or in life? Do certain situations or people trigger reactive responses from you? You might be in a Victim Orientation mindset.

Join us for a workshop led by Rachel Smith, BARCLAYSS® Executive Consultant, to explore The Leadership Diamond tool.

Discover the six roles people play in daily interactions, identify your role, and learn if it’s helpful or not. In this FREE two-hour workshop, you’ll gain insights on handling unhelpful behaviours and fostering a growth mindset in others. This will enhance your presence, awareness, and leadership skills for more effective conversations and better outcomes.

Attended the leadership diamond workshop today. Very informative and clear. Loved that Rachel separated individuals into separate work groups for some of the workshop and let individuals bring their own stories to the table to share.
