  • Poor quality – the “recency effect” (the bias to only remember recent information) occurred; people were judged on what had happened in the last few months, not a review of the entire period.
The logbook is a place to record experiences that validate the feedback and provide both the leader and the worker with solid, concrete information that can be transferred into your company’s data system. It also provides a place for the employee to describe feedback about how their leader or boss is going too.
